This is Our Workflow Process

Our workflow begins by inputting raw materials into the machines according to the customer's needs. We can produce a wide range of plastic products using several types of machines, such as Extruder, Injection, Blowing, and Punch. The choice of machine depends on the specifications and design requested by the customer.

Next, the processed product goes through the finishing stage, which is customized according to the type of product and the customer’s needs. Each product is given special attention to ensure the final result meets the desired quality standards.

After the finishing stage, we conduct a quality check to ensure that the produced items meet the specifications provided by the customer. This includes detailed evaluations to ensure every product is in optimal condition.

Finally, once all stages are completed, the product is ready for shipment to the customer as per the agreed schedule and location. We ensure that each delivery is made on time, and the products arrive in perfect condition.
